Ha! Thanks, Ichiban! It is actually just a sleeve from one of Tim-san's old fleecy shirts; two little holes for his front paws. The rest of the fleecy shirt is his cosy warm spot in front of the fireplace. :) (I really like your picture - you and p-pie in the backyard!)
